1 1/2 lbs. new potatoes
1/4 c. margarine
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub and scrape new potatoes; cook in boiling salted water til tender; drain. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan and stir in parsley and lemon juice; pour over hot potatoes.
