1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat til mixture reaches 220 , stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in butter, whipping cream and vanilla. Serve over ice cream or pound cake. Yield: 3 cups.
