2 1/2 tsp. yeast
3 c. bread flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. less 1 tbsp. hot water (130-140 F)
2 stiffly beaten egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in bread machine in order listed. Run machine through dough cycle. Stretch dough to cover lightly oiled pizza pan, and lightly oil the top of the dough. Cover and let rise an additional 20 minutes. Pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes in a 375 F oven. Remove and top with pizza toppings. Return to oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until pizza is done.

This is from an old Magic Mill Bread Machine cookbook. Mom made us pizza with this recipe growing up. It's the best pizza crust ever!
