1 1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
4 yolks
4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder

4 Egg whites
6 Tablespoons of Sugar

Jar Jelly
2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1/2 pt Sour Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat Egg whites stiff and add 6 Tablespoons powdered sugar. This is for the top of each layer.
Cream butter well, add sugar and blend in egg yolks. Add flou sifted with baking powder. Put this mixture into 3 pans and spread egg white mixture on top. sprinkle with nuts and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. When torte is cold spread raspberry jam between layers with ccream filing (save some cream filing for the top.
