1 talapia fish filet
2 cups raw spinich
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lite soy sauce
a piece of foil

Directions:
Directions:
Start with a large piece of foil, large enough to fit the filet in and make a pocket. Place the raw spinich in the middle of the foil then place the piece of fish on top of the spinich bed. Sprinkle the ginger, salt, pepper and garlic on top of the fish. Pour the soy sauce on top of the fish. Bring the two horizontal edges of foil together and enclose, then twist the sides of the foil to make a little pocket. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until fish is flakey.
