Mix all ingredients:
1# powdered sugar
2 cubes butter
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped nuts (if desired) ( I use honey roasted peanuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Shape and squish together with hands and shape into balls and dip into chocolate coating.

CHOCOLATE COATING:

12oz. bag chocolate chips(semi-sweet)
1/3 slab parawax-shaved

Melt in microwave for 1 minute. Then stir and melt for 1 more minute. Stir and melt for additional 30 seconds if needed.
