1 cup chopped pecans
12 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
Strawberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Stir until mixed. Mold in a circle around a small bowl filled with Strawberry Jam. Serve with crackers
