4 tomatoes, chopped 4 pickled jalapeņo peppers, chopped 2 t. jalapeņo pepper juice 1/2 c. minced onion 1/3 c. chopped green pepper 2 t. olive oil 1 T. fresh lime juice 1/2 t. dried oregano, crumbled 4 small cloves garlic, chopped 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro salt
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Serve with chips.
