12 oz shredded cheddar cheese, 12 oz shredded mozzerella, 4.5 jar drained sliced mushrooms, 1/2 c sliced green onions, 1/2 medium red bell pepper chopped, 1/4 c melted butter. 8 oz cooked ham cut into julienne strips, 1/2 c flour, 1 3/4 c milk, 1 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley, 8 eggs beaten.

Mix cheeses, sprinkle 1/2 mixture in ungreased 9x13 pan. Sautee mushrooms, onion, red pepper in butter until tender. Put veggies over cheese. Lay Ham strips on top of veggies. Sprinkle rest of cheese mixture over ham. Mix flour, milk, parsley and eggs. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake 350 for 35-45 minutes
