1 small head cabbage, shredded, 1 red pepper cut in strips, 1/2 small red onion, 1/2 c chopped cilantro leaves. Dressing: 1/2 c veg. oil, 1/2 c line juice, 2 cloves garlic finely chopped, salt and fresh ground pepper
