1/4 c. oil
2 cloves garlic
6 tbsp. pine nuts (or walnuts)
1/2 c. basil leaves
1/4 c. parsley leaves
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. lemon juice
Grated rind of one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Use a blender to puree oil, garlic and nuts. Add basil and parsley, small amounts at a time. Add cheese lemon juice and rind. Puree until smooth. Serve over pasta or vegetables.
