1 c. uncooked rice
2 tbsp. oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 lbs. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
2 tbsp. chopped oregano
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown beef, onion, and green peppers. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 in. pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 30 min.
