1 lb. sirloin steak
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. onions
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c.sliced Shitake mushrooms
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 c. diluted cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak and onions in Worcestershire sauce and oil. Add the Shitake mushrooms, which give the sauce a smoked taste, and the fresh mushrooms. Saute until golden brown. Add the soup and sour cream; simmer for 15 min. Serve over rice or noodles.
