1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. baking cocoa 1 stick butter 1 can evaporated milk 2 tsp. vanilla
Mix together sugar and cocoa. Melt butter over medium heat in saucepan. Stir in evaporated milk. Add sugar mixture and stir until smooth. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 4 minutes. Remove from heat. As it cools, stir in vanilla. Refrigerate leftovers.
Good served warm on ice cream or cold right from the spoon.
