3 lbs. chicken breasts
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. chopped basil
3 tbsp. chopped tarragon
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, salt, basil, tarragon, and pepper in a plastic bag. Combine egg and lemon juice. Rinse chicken and dry. Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture and shake individually in plastic bag. Place pieces in a lightly greased 9 x 13 in. pan. Place 1 tsp. of butter on top of each piece. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
