1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. water
6 tbsp. lime juice
3 tbsp. chopped mint
1 tsp. grated lime rind
Sprigs of fresh mint

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except rind, in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 min. Add rind. Ladle sauce over fruit. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for several hours. Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint before serving.
