2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. whole wheat bread cubes
2 tbsp. chopped garlic chives
1 head Romaine
1 tbsp. chopped onion chives
2 tbsp. olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp. herb vinegar
1/8 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/8 c. crumbled blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat skillet. Add the oil, garlic and garlic chives and saute 1 min. Add the bread cubes and saute until browned. Cool. Tear the lettuce leaves and place in a salad bowl. Pour the oil over the lettuce and toss. Add the vinegar and toss again. Add the cheese and bread cubes. Toss lightly and serve.
