2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
4 T. bourbon
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 9 inch pie crust
Whipped cream for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, gradually adding sugar. Add butter and bourbon. Blend in cornstarch. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool slightly and serve with whipped cream.

This is my all time favorite pie! Serve warm, cold, or even frozen. Graham cracker, chocolate wafer, or pastry pie crusts work well.
