2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. soda 6 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. buttermilk 3 tbsp. chopped chives
Sift dry ingredients (except chives) into a bowl. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter. Add chives and ilk, stirring with fork until combined. Drop by large tablespoonfuls onto a greased pan. Bake at 450º for 12-15 min. or until lightly browned.
