Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 deep graham cracker pie crust (unbaked)
1 large box (5.1 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
2 1/4 c. milk
1 small container of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar using an electric mixer. Put 1/2 of this mixture into pie crust. Reserve the rest of the crumbs to use as topping.
Beat instant pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.
Pour over top of peanut butter mixture in pie crust. Chill.
Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
