1 12 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. orange liqueur

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into blender, cover and process at liquefy until smooth. Pour into fondue pot and cook at medium, stirring constantly until thickened and shiny. Keep warm for serving.
Variation: Use frozen peaches, raspberries or apricots
