6 squares unsweetened chocolate 1 c. light cream 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/8 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Heat all ingredients except vanilla in fondue pot at high, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted. Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, about 5 min. until thickened. Add vanilla and mix well.
