3 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add water and heat to boiling. Add paste of soy sauce and cornstarch and cook until thickened and clear. Serve warm. Yield: about 1 1/4 c.
