1 slice dry bread, finely crumbed
1/2 c. prepared horseradish
1/2 c. light cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients except cream. Whip cream and fold into horseradish mixture. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: about 2 c.
