1 medium onion
6 parsley springs, chopped
1/2 tsp. tarragon
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
3/4 c. Hollandaise sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put onion, parsley, tarragon and vinegar in small saucepan. Heat to boiling and cook until liquid is evaporated. Mix well with Hollandaise sauce. Serve warm. Yield: about 1 c.
