3 lbs hamburger
1 large onion chopped
3- stalks of celery (cut up)
add to browned hamb. cook lightly
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomatoe soup (with 1 can water)
1 can tom. juice ( 18 oz)
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can herb tom. sauce
1 can kidney beans
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry basil
1 tsp. chilie powder
2- garlic cloves
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
dash oregano
1 tbsp. vinegar.

I add 1 can of coke not diet to the chilie.
simmer about 1 hour. I've maded this with 4 lbs. hamburger and 1 had enough liquid.
