1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix 1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. margarine or butter 1/2 c. beef broth
Combine ground beef and dressing mix. Shape into meatballs. Melt butter in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides. Add Broth. Cover and simmer until cooked through (10-15 min). Serve warm with toothpicks. Makes 2 dozen.
