1 c. semisweet or milk chocolate chips
1/3 c. butter
1 c. regular rolled oats
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
2 eggs
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan over low heat melt butter. Remove from heat and add chips; stir until chips are melted; set aside. Combine oats, wheat germ, dry milk, baking powder, and nuts. Set aside. In large bowl beat eggs and mix in brown sugar and vanilla until thick. Add chocolate ixture. Stir in oat mixture just until blended. Pour batter into 8 in. square baking pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray and bake at 350 for 17-20 min. Cool, cover, and refrigerate overnight before cutting.
