6-8 c. loosely packed red tip lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. blue cheese, crumbled
Dressing:
1/8 c. olive oil
1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
1/3 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lettuce, apples, and walnuts in large bowl. Whisk oil, vinegar, and syrup together until blended. Pour over salad and toss. Sprinkle blue cheese on salad and toss lightly again. Serve immediately.
