2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 small can pumpkin
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts or raisens

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Makes enought for 2 8" square pans or 13" x 9" cake pan. Grease and flour pan.

1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
