2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Blend in all ingredients until moistened at medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in hand: 2c. peeled finely chopped apples and 3/4 -1 c. chopped nuts.

Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Turn onto serving plate and cool.
