First Layer Mix:
1 c. flour
1/2 stick oleo
1/2 c. nuts
Bake in 13" x 9" pan at 350 degrees

Second Layer Mix:
1c. powdered sugar
2c. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese , softened
Beat and spread on layer above.

3rd. layer
3 pkgs. lemon Instant pudding
4 1/2 c. milk

Bet until stiff and spread on outer layer. Put Cool Whip over all and top with nuts
