1 lb pasta (spaghetti, angel hair, etc...)
2 tbsp olive oil
10 cloves of garlic, sliced
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup of pasta water, reserved

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in salted water. Heat oil in pan. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in 3/4 tsp salt, 1 cup of pasta water, parsley and pepper. Add pasta, toss and sprinkle with cheese.
