2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp peanut oil
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup sesame seeds

2 pkg oriental roman noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients. Brown the garlic cloves and sesame seeds in the peanut oil. Add the mixture of the first five ingredients to the pan and stir together until thickened. Toss with noodles. Garnish with scallions and peanuts if desired.

Mark loved this. This recipe was on the Channel 12 news at lunch time several years ago so I made it for him. It is good to have recipes for ramen noodles when working with a tight budget!
