1 box yellow cake mix
2 cups sugar
2-12 oz pkg frozen coconut
2-8 oz containers sour cream

Directions:

On the first day:

In large bowl mix sugar, coconut, and sour cream. Blend well. Cover and sit over night in refrigerator.

On the second day:

Bake cake as directed on box. Cool. Split into 4 layers. Spread coconut mixture onto layers and on top of cake. Cover and refrigerate.

On the third day: Do nothing.

On the fourth day: Eat and enjoy!

If you'd like, you can bake four cakes using just a small amount of batter. It makes it easier than having to slice the cakes.
