1 cup of minute rice
1 cup hot water
1 cup condensed cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom soup)
1 cup of cooked white meat chicken, chopped
1/4- 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 375 for 30 minutes. May sprinkle cheese on top the last 5 minutes of baking.
