1 lb hamburger (or ground turkey)
1 cup of minute rice
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can of water
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, rice, onion and salt and pepper. Form into balls. Place in a greased casserole dish. Combine soup and water and pour over the top. Cover and cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
