1 pkg. (6 oz. 0 strawberry jello
2 cups hot water
1 1/2 cups cold water or apple jucie
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup diced peeled apple
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Disolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and cinnamon and chill until thickened. Fold in apple, celery, and nuts. Spoon into 6 cup mold or bowl. Chill until firm, about 4 hrs.
