1 medium ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1 small ripe papaya, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp. minced red onion
2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. chpped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh mint

Directions:

Combine mango, papaya, onion, orange juice, lime juice, cilantro and mint. Gently toss and cover until ready to use.
