1 1/2 pounds (about 15) new red potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
4 to 6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 4o0 degrees. Pare a strip of peel from the middle of each potato. In a bowl mix oil, garlic and rosemary; add the potatoes and toss well. Transfer to shallow baking pan and roast for about 20 - 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Enjoy hot or cold.
