1 beaten egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 T chopped fresh cilantro.
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 small onion chopped
optional 1/2 c. shredded carrots ( for the kids who won't eat their veggies)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients except meat. Add meat and mix well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or till done. Just add them to your favorite sauce.
