1 lb ground beef
1 lg onion, chopped
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 packet ranch dressing mix
2 1/4 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and chopped onion in pan until cooked through. Pour drained and rinsed beans (kidney, pinto, and black) into crock pot. Add other canned ingredients (don't drain these) to the crockpot. Give the mixture a good stir. Add water, taco seasoning, and ranch mix, and meat/onion mixture, and give a good stir. Heat to serving temperature. Serve with shredded cheese, tortilla chips, and sour cream.

You can also cook this on the stovetop if you prefer. I also like to let this simmer on low for a few hours to marry the flavors.
