1 Cup Cubed Chicken/Turkey
1/2-1 Onion
One Can Chicken Broth
1 3/4 Cup Water
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 Cup Frozen Corn
1 Cup Salsa
Jack Cheese
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a crockpot or pot add raw chicken/turkey, saute onion, Chicken Broth, water, and chili powder.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes, covered.
Add Corn.
Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes, uncovered, or until chicken is cooked.
Add Salsa.
Continue to heat until ready to eat.

Sprinkle on Jack cheese and Crumbled Tortilla Chips to each individual serving
