3 lbs chicken breasts
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Slice the chicken breasts into 1 inch wide strips.
Mix the flour and all the seasonings together; place this into a shallow bowl.
Place the buttermilk into a shallow bowl.
Dip the chicken strips in the buttermilk. Gently shake off any excess.
Roll them into the flour mixture. Gently shake off any excess.
Repeat the dipping & rolling for each strip.
Fry them in a deep fryer or in a skillet with 350 degree oil until they're golden brown.
Serve with their favorite dipping sauce(s).
