1 can (8-1.4 -oz.) sliced pineapple 1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce 2 T. honey 2 1/2 lb. chicken salt and pepper
Drain pineapple and reserve 2 T. liquid. Combine reserved liquid with heinz and honey, season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish and pour on sauce. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or til tender. Arrange pineapple slices on top the last 5-10 minutes of baking.
