1 c. confectionary sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
5 T. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 egg white, unbeaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, water, salt and cream of tartar in saucepan; bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Pour while beating constantly over unbeaten egg white. Beat until frosting holds a peak. This frosting will remain soft.
