1 stick unsalted butter, softened
9 oz. cream cheese
6 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter in bowl of an electric mixer at medium-high speed until creamy. Add cream cheese, and cream. Add all of the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla at once and beat at low speed until smooth. Continue to beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
