28 Oz. Split Peas
1 Lb. Black Eyed Beans
1 Lb. Pink Beans
1 Lb. Black Beans
Seasonings (for 2 ¼ C. of mix):
1 Tbsp. seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp. Dry Onion, minced
1 Bay Leaf
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Chili Powder

Mix together and divide into 2-1/4 Cups (makes 5 batches).
For each batch add 6-8 cups of water seasoning and a ham hock. Cook in a crockpot on high 8 to 9 hours.
