1 T. peanut oil
1 medium onion
1/2 c. steak, diced
1 T. soy sauce
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. broccoli
1/2 c. water or chicken broth
1/2 tsp. cornstarch with 1 tsp. water
pepper
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in wok, stir fry onions til transparent, push onions to the side and add meat, cook til brown. Season meat with soy sauce. Remove meat and onions and add vegetables and broth. Steam 3 minutes then add the meat and onions back to the wok pan. Thicken with the cornstarch, stirring constantly. Serves 2
