1 lb. ground chuck or ground round
1/2 c. finely minced onion (or 2 Tabs. instant onion flakes)
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of shrimp or (cream of chicken)
2 c. (approximant) frozen tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and Pepper meat and press into the bottom of a w quart casserole (rectangular). You may use a 9 inch square dish with 2 inch sides. Sprinkle onion over top of meat. Top with shredded cheese. Spoon soup over top of cheese, spreading until cheese is covered. Place tater tots on top in close rows. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Serve bubbly and warm to hungry people
